Subscription FAQ

How come I'm unable to access my Subscription Management page?

Be sure you're logging in here to access your Subscription Management page. If you receive a message that says "Invalid Login Credentials," you probably haven't completed setting up your account! To complete your account setup click here and be sure to enter the same email address to which you receive updates about your subscription. After clicking the "create" button you'll be redirected to the My Account page. On the right hand side, you'll see a link that says "Manage Subscription" under Account Details. Click this link to make any changes to your subscription.


How do the subscriptions work?

Each month you'll receive a brand new exclusive tee that you won't find anywhere else including our site. Our subscription is available in 1 package:

  • Single month packages (month-to-month): you will be charged each month on the 10th for the next month's subscription box. 

 Do I need to repurchase every month?

Nope! Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you are good to go.


How much does it cost?

Subscriptions are $20/month. You will be charged $20 on the 10th of every month. 


Where can I sign up?

To start receiving monthly subscription tees simply purchase our Monthly Subscription here. 


When is each tee available? 

Each tee is available until the end of each month. So, September's tee will be available from September 1st-30th, and so on. So be sure to order before the end of the month if you want that month's tee!


Can I skip a month?

Yes, of course! To skip a month simply login here. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" link. On the Subscriptions page, click on the "Manage" dropdown, then select "Upcoming Orders". Here you can see orders for the next seven months, and skip any that are necessary. Skipping means that you just skip that particular month and will not be charged for that month.  It does NOT mean that you cancelled your subscription. 


When will I stop getting monthly tees?

You will continue to receive monthly subscription tees until your subscription cancellation. 


When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time of purchase and then on the 10th of each month after you received your first tee.


When will my order ship?

Subscription orders begin shipping on approx. the 20th of each month. So, September's subscriptions will start shipping on September 20th, October's on October 20th, and so on. 


How will I know what the next tee will be?

An email will be sent on the 4th of each month with the details of the following month's subscription tee. If you do not receive our email updates, you can sign up here. The current tee will always be included on the Monthly Subscription product page as well. 


Where can I update my shipping & billing information?

Billing information can be updated in your account. To update billing information simply login here. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" link. On the Subscriptions page, click on the "View/Update Card" to update your payment method, or click "Update Address" to update your billing address.

How much is shipping?

Subscription shipping is always free! If you are placing an order with more than just your monthly subscription tee you will have to pay shipping for those item(s). PS.  You will have to check out with your monthly subscription first. 


How do I cancel?

Don't go! But if you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the Subscription manger page. Simply login here and click the "Manage Subscription" link to access this page. If you have any trouble, please email us at
