If you have a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number.
Customer is responsible to enter in the correct mailing address at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping otherwise your order will go out as it was entered by you. Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued as a STORE CREDIT to customer minus any shipping costs.
The Elevate Gameday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact your local post office if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and we can only go by what the tracking information says.
